March Minutes

Here are the minutes from the March VOA meeting.

Attendance

Three youth attended, all VOA officers. Traditionally we’ve had very good attendance at our council VOA meetings, Ina raised the question why was this one so poorly attended? Was it not well promoted? Did the youth not have rides?  

Ranger Escape

Registration starts at 5:30PM

T-Shirt

We are looking at around 50 shirts now. 

An order form will be out shortly.

Cost is still TBA since we will be ordering many more than we originally thought.

Road Rally

Planning is started, more information will follow.

Niabi Zoo service project

We’ve tried contacting them and not heard anything back yet.

Mobile lock-in ideas 

Tentative date is August 30, starting around 6-7pm

Ideas for activities: Sam’s midnight Bowling, QC entertainment, Pizza, late movie, mall scavenger hunt, Photo scavenger hunt throughout the night, crash football game, Chinese fire drill, Swimming
